To make adjustments, go to settings –> response responses
Click edit
How to reset your dashboard
Input: Your website + your linkedin profile (persona)
Output
- Clear everything
- Give you new keywords
- New posts
- And update your persona
Go to settings and click Reset Dashboard
- Enter in your website
- Enter in your linkedin
- Click reset
DONE!!
Your dashboard will regenerate and you will get a whole brand new setup! READY TO GO!
How to upload your knowledge base for better comments
go to knowledge base –> select your content type (on left), if none, use “other”
Next select “new item” if you want to manually import a single piece of content
or
“import content” if you want to automatically bulk import content.
Upload/import content and “save”
Congrats, now your comments will more knowledge to pull from.
