We’re all really passionate about our work, even on weekends. We grind super hard like 70 hour weeks because we love it so much. (if you have a huge life outside of work, this isn’t for you)

  • Coachability is #1 trait for success. – You will receive LOTS of feedback here. We believe feedback is the #1 to grow. (if you dont like receiving a bunch of feedback, this is not for you)

  • As we grow, you grow All your comp is a basis of your work, we dont believe in fixed comp. We believe your potential should NOT have a ceiling. Whoever pulls most weight should get most comp. (if you need something stable, not for you)

  • You are your own leader– you are responsible for defining your own tasks and setting deadlines. we’ll support you with scoping and feedback, but ownership and the results stay with you. that means if you dont hit your results, thats on you, not us. (if you need lots of hand-holding, not for you)
  • High communication culture – visibility and clear expectations is super important to us. we spam chat with all our progress throughout the day. we tell others when blocked and when we are unavailable. (if you dont like communicating throughout the day, not for you)
